MAGUS SPH1 fáziskontrasztos csúszka

The MAGUS SPH1 phase contrast slider is a necessary accessory for observations using the phase contrast method. Designed specifically for the MAGUS Bio V300 biological inverted microscope, it works with MAGUS 20HP and MAGUS 40HP phase objectives.

The slider has three openings. There are built-in inserts in the side openings: one is used for work with the 20x magnification phase-contrast objective, the second with the 40x magnification objective. There is no insert in the middle opening, it is used for working with the clear field method. The slider is mounted in the opening of the condenser of the microscope. After installation, the openings of the slider must be aligned with the phase rings of the objectives. For this purpose, an additional focusing telescope is used, which is included in the MAGUS Bio V300 microscope set.

The phase-contrast microscopy method is used to examine low-contrast living objects that cannot be seen in the bright field of view. The method does not use dyeing, as it is harmful to microorganisms.
