MAGUS SF20 20х/0.40 Plan Pol ∞/0.17 objective

Product description
Polarizing objective for studying transparent and translucent samples in polarized light. Special, distortion- and tension-free lenses that do not affect the test result.
20x magnification objective, the maximum resolution is 0.69 µm. Designed for microscopes with infinity-corrected optical systems. The parfocal distance is 45 mm. During observation, the thickness of the cover plate should be 0.17 mm.
A plane-achromatic lens eliminates spherical aberration in green and chromatic aberration in blue and red. In terms of diameter, it evens out the curve of the field of vision by 90%. The lens can be conveniently combined with a digital camera and wide-field eyepieces. For example, a 10x/22mm eyepiece has a field of view of 1.1mm in diameter. The image is equally clear in the center and at the edges.
The objective is optimally combined with eyepieces with a magnification value between 10x and 20x, so the useful magnification of the microscope is between 200x and 400x. At a magnification value of less than 200x, the smallest details will not be visible, and a magnification value of more than 400x will not provide more information.
