This is the infinity plane achromatic objective: 60x magnification and resolution limit of 0.35 µm. When used with a 10/22 mm eyepiece, the diameter of the field of view is 0.36 mm. The curvature of the field of view is corrected to 90% of the diameter of the field of view. Aberrations are corrected: color errors in red and blue, spherical aberration in green. The objective can be used to observe 0.5 µm samples such as sperm cells, red blood cells, white blood cells during the clinical analysis of semen, urine or blood.

For observation with the MAGUS MP60 60x/0.80 Plan ∞/0.17 objective, use 7x to 14x magnification eyepieces. Use a 0.17 mm thick cover glass during observations. The parfocal lens has minimal distortion, is suitable for digital photography and can be used with wide-angle eyepieces with a 22mm field of view.
