Lens for a clear visionary observation. The resolution limit of 100x/1.25 is 0.22 μm. Chromatic aberration is blue and red, spherical aberration for green, and the curvature of the field of view is 90%of the diameter of the field of vision.

The lens is designed for an infinitely adjusted tube length. The parcocal distance is 45 mm. When using a 10/22 mm lens, the field of vision is 0.22 mm diameter. The lens was designed for use with patterns with 0.17 mm tops.

The lower limit of the microscope is 625x when using a 100 object. A lower degree of magnification does not allow the details of the object to be distinguished in the image taken by the lens. The upper limit of the useful magnification is 1250x when using 100 object. The higher degree of magnification is usually considered "useless" because it does not provide new details of the sample. If you use a 100x/1.25 lens, you use the 10x eye lens to apply the useful magnification value of the SME SCOP.

For flat-acromatic lenses, the focus is the same as the center of the image, so the distortion is negligible. This strength is used for digital imaging and pairing with 22 mm high-angle lenses.
