The MAGUS LF4 kit includes 4 different colored filters for working in transmitted light. Filters do not transmit certain waves of the light spectrum. All of them are designed to work under certain lighting conditions and can be used to adjust the brightness, contrast and color balance of the image.

You can use diffused light with a matte filter - this type of filter is more commonly used with low magnification lenses. The yellow filter makes the study of the structure of metals more informative: the image becomes clearer. In halogen lighting conditions, the yellow filter corrects the color reproduction and provides a warmer color temperature.
The green filter eliminates the spherical aberrations of the achromatic optical elements. When used with phase lenses, it makes the image clearer.
The blue filter removes red waves, increases the color temperature of the image, and adjusts the warmth of halogen lighting to natural levels. When used with phase lenses, the image becomes clearer.
