Product description

With the help of the slider, the Magus Bio 260 series microscopes can also be observed with dark vision observations. Dark visionary techniques can be used to take an image of non -painted and translucent patterns that do not swallow light and are not visible in a light field. The slider is a plate with two round openings. One of the openings is left free for the light -visible technique. The other is closed by a dark vision diaphragm. The slider is installed in the opening of the Abbe condensor instead of a dry, dark -field condensor not more than 0.9 n.a. to work with lenses. The slider facilitates the conversion from one technique to another.

If you want to get a contrasting image from the sample using the dark field of view, we recommend using a 0.17 mm thick cover and a 1.2 mm thick slide.

Compatibility
- Magus Bio 260T Biological Microscope
