MAGUS DF2 A 1.36–1.25 oil dark látóterű kondenzor
not available
Product description
The nominal aperture of the dark field condenser is 1.36–1.25. It is used to create a contrast image of unstained, transparent samples that cannot be seen with the bright field microscope technique. Can be used with objectives with magnification greater than 20x, including oil immersion objectives.
Immersion oil must be used for both dry and oily objectives, otherwise the light will not reach the specimen. The MAGUS DF2 Condenser is placed on the microscope instead of the Abbe condenser, centered with two screws. The image will have the best possible contrast if the cover glass is 0.17 mm thick and the glass slide is 1-1.2 mm thick.
