Lens for a clear visionary observation. The Magus Bio V360 microscope set contains phase lens. For the inner lens of such a lens, a layer of metal in the shape of a ring is considered necessary for phase -controlled observations. On the metal layer, the light suffers a quarter wavelength phase shift compared to other lights and, on the other hand, the transmission of light is also reduced. Therefore, it is recommended to use lenses without phase plates for clear vision observations.

The 40х/0.60 objective resolution limit is 0.45 μm. Chromatic aberration is blue and red, spherical aberration for green, and the curvature of the field of view is 90%of the diameter of the field of vision.

The lens is made for a particularly infinitely corrected tube length. The parcocal distance is 60 mm. When using a 10/22 mm lens, the field of vision is 0.55 mm diameter. The lens can be used for pots of 1.2 mm.

The lower limit of the microscope is 300x when using 40х lens. A lower degree of magnification does not allow the details of the object to be distinguished in the image taken by the lens. The upper limit of the useful magnification is 600x when using 40х lens. The higher degree of magnification is usually considered "useless" because it does not provide new details of the sample. For 40x/0.60 lenses, use 10x to 15x magnified lenses.

For flat-acromatic lenses, the focus is the same as the center of the image, so the distortion is negligible. This strength is used for digital imaging and pairing with 22 mm high-angle lenses.
