MAGUS 10PLFL 10х/0.35 Plan FL ∞/0.17 objective
Product description
The 10PLFL objective was designed for transmitted polarized fluorescence observations. Special optics do not produce their own fluorescent light and do not exhibit birefringence. A lens with a high NA creates a high-resolution image: observations or images taken with a digital camera are more detailed, clearer and more expressive than when using a normal lens.
The wide, flat area of the lens provides a large field of view and is ideal for use with wide-field eyepieces or a digital camera. For example, with a 10x eyepiece and a field of view of 22 mm, the total field of view of the system will be 2.2 mm. If you want to work with the lens under fluorescent light, we recommend using the CLM90 7.1 MP, 1.1" digital camera.
The 10PLFL lens provides 10x magnification. When mounted on a microscope, the system's total useful magnification is in the 175-350x range. To achieve these parameters, use a suitable eyepiece. A lower magnification eyepiece is not recommended for the system, as it does not allow detailed examination of the object. Excessive magnification of the eyepiece does not provide new information about the sample. The resolution limit of the 10PLFL objective is 0.78 µm.
The model is designed for use with an infinitely corrected tube. The parfocal distance is 45 mm. Cover the sample with a 0.17 mm thick cover glass.
