How to use 20% CBD oil?

The recommended dose of 10 ml, 20% CBD oil, as with all CBD products, is individual. We recommend that you gradually build up the dosage to find what your body needs. Start with 3×1
drops, then increase it every 4-5 days until you experience relief of symptoms.
Recommended daily dose: 3-4 drops three times a day. Drop it under the tongue and leave it on for 1 minute without swallowing.
