Trolley Dilemma is a party game that gives the classic moral thought experiment a darkly comic twist. One player takes on the role of the tram driver and decides which track the runaway tram will follow, while the remaining players split into two teams. Each team tries to steer the tram onto the opposing track. The game uses three card decks: Innocents, Villains, and Modifier cards that shift how the people on the tracks are seen.

At the end of each round, the losing team receives a skull marker, and the winner is the player with the fewest markers at the game's end. It supports 3 to 13 players, takes roughly 30 to 90 minutes, and is suitable for ages 14 and up.

Beyond the laughs, the game invites conversation about ethics, personal values and worldviews. The box contains the rulebook, 26 skull markers, a tram indicator, a game board, 200 Innocents cards, 150 Villains cards and 175 Modifier cards.
