Lucy Maud Montgomery - Anne new vizekre evez

In the fourth part of the series, we can see Anne Shirley as the bride of Gilbert Blythe. However, they will have to wait until Gilbert finishes his medical studies before getting married.
During this time, Anne is not idle either: she moves to Summerside to take up the position of principal of the school there. However, according to a local influential family, the Pringle clan, this job can only belong to one Pringle, and the members of the family do their best to convince Anne of this as well. Anne's job is not made easier by her deputy, the grumpy Katherine, who also does not welcome her at the head of the school. Fortunately for Anne, Katherine's grumpiness and the Pringles' machinations are offset by many pleasant new acquaintances, her close friendship with little Elizabeth, and the fact that she finds a real home in the Windy Poplar House.
However, Anne wants the whole town - including the Pringles and Katherine - to accept her, but in addition to her endearing personality, she will also need some luck...
