Longer LK10 Plus 3D printer

The Longer LK10 Plus is a 3D printer designed for quick and convenient projects. It offers a print volume of 320 x 320 x 400 mm, a print speed of up to 500 mm/s, and a direct drive extruder with a flow rate of up to 25 mm³/s. The nozzle that can be heated to 300 °C and the print bed that can be heated to 110 °C allow the use of PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU filaments. The functions of automatic leveling, automatic Z-shift, detection of the end of the filament and continuation after a power failure make handling more convenient. Wi-Fi, LAN and USB connection options, as well as Windows and Mac compatibility, enable convenient print management.

Fast direct drive extruder

The printer features a direct drive extruder with a precision gear mechanism to ensure smooth material feeding even when printing at high speeds. The high-flow hotend system achieves a volume flow of up to 25 mm³/s, which enables the creation of high-quality models even for the most demanding projects. A maximum print speed of 500 mm/s results in shorter print times without sacrificing detail.

Less vibration and ghosting

The Klipper software with a vibration calibration function ensures the smooth operation of the device. Input Shaping technology reduces ghosting and wall ripple, ensuring models maintain high accuracy even at high speeds. This solution results in a more aesthetic print result and greater detail consistency.

Wide range of supported materials

The nozzle temperature of up to 300 °C and the print table that can be heated to 110 °C allow printing with many popular 1.75 mm filaments. The printer supports PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU materials, so it is suitable for making both simple decorative models and more durable functional parts. The adjustable layer height between 0.1 and 0.4 mm allows you to adjust the print quality and speed to the given project.

Automatic calibration

The LK10 Plus features automatic leveling of the heated print table and an Auto Z-Offset function that automatically sets the correct distance between the nozzle and the printing surface. This solution reduces the need for manual adjustments and allows you to start printing faster. The "load the filament, click print and go" operating system makes the device convenient even for less advanced users.

Sensorless homing

The printer uses a sensorless homing system that performs X and Y axis homing without the use of traditional mechanical limit switches. The stepper motors sense the resistance and automatically determine the position of the axis, which simplifies the design of the device and reduces the number of parts subject to wear. This solution also contributes to the more stable operation of the entire system.

Secure printing

The resume function after a power failure allows you to continue printing from the last saved layer, reducing the risk of losing hours of work. A fiber end sensor monitors material flow in real time and stops printing when an empty roll is detected. The object exclusion feature allows you to interrupt printing of a faulty model without interrupting the printing of other parts on the print plate.

Easy handling and connection options

The intuitive, multilingual touch screen simplifies daily operation and provides quick access to settings. The printer supports Wi-Fi, LAN and USB flash drive connections, allowing you to conveniently transfer files and manage prints in different ways. Compatibility with Windows and Mac systems and support for STL, OBJ and STEP formats allow convenient preparation of models in popular software and the OrcaSlicer slicer.

Metal frame

The metal frame increases structural rigidity and reduces vibrations during high-speed printing, which has a positive effect on print quality. The printer offers a large build volume of 320 x 320 x 400 mm, making it suitable for larger models and printing multiple parts at the same time.

Dual Z-axis

A dual Z-axis system with two independent motors and trapezoidal screws ensures smooth head movement. This solution improves print accuracy, increases dimensional repeatability of models, and reduces the risk of X-axis arm sagging during prolonged operation.
