Product description
This white chocolate from Lissé combines pistachio pieces and freeze-dried raspberries, and contains no added sugar. The bar is about 90% white chocolate, made with cocoa butter, whole milk powder and natural vanilla flavouring. It is sweetened with the sugar substitute maltitol.
The five percent pistachios and five percent freeze-dried raspberries give the chocolate a distinctive fruity, nutty flavour. Freeze-drying preserves the natural taste and nutrient content of the raspberries.
Since no sugar is added, the bar may suit those following a reduced-sugar diet. The net weight is 100 grams.
