High quality optical elements

The optical elements are made of highly transparent glass - allowing for minimal image distortion. The multi-layer, special coating on the lens increases the amount of light passing through. Thanks to the high-quality optical elements, the images are always sharp and contrasted - you will see even the smallest details of the examined sample.

The microscope is equipped with three objective lenses providing 64x, 160x and 640x magnification. The objective lens of the 40x magnification has a special spring structure - if a beginner accidentally touches the sample with the objective, the spring lens is still slightly retracted, so that the optical elements and the sample cannot be damaged.

Universal lighting

The microscope has two lighting systems. Bottom lighting is used to examine transparent samples - the light penetrates the sample and forms an image. This method can be used when observing microorganisms living in a drop of water or the finest sections of plants. Top lighting reflects light off the sample, so you can observe non-transparent objects such as different types of paper, coins, and clothing materials. If you want to observe a translucent (semi-transparent) object, use top and bottom lighting at the same time. Thanks to the adjustable brightness, you can choose the optimal lighting level for each sample.

Reliability and comfort

The microscope has a reliable metal body, so it can be used in biology and chemistry classes at schools and universities. The head part can be tilted at 45 degrees, thus allowing you to observe in the most comfortable position. The monocular head part can be rotated 360 degrees around its axis, which is very convenient when working in groups - you don't have to move the microscope itself, you just have to rotate the head part. The lighting works with mains power and in battery mode, so the instrument can be used outdoors or in a greenhouse.

Caution: Please refer to the technical description for the correct voltage and never attempt to connect a 110V device to a 220V outlet (and vice versa) without using a converter. Note that the mains voltage in the US and Canada is 110V, while in most European countries it is 220-240V.
