The Levenhuk F2 "Moon and Mars" filter set contains two eyepiece filters for telescopes. One of them can be a useful companion for studying the surface of the Moon, and the other for viewing Mars and some other planets in the Solar System. Light filters increase the contrast of the image and thus enable a more detailed observation of astronomical objects. Thanks to the special thread, several different Levenhuk filters can be combined with each other. The tube diameter of both filters is 1.25".
Levenhuk 1.25" optical filter (marked "25") (red)
The filter has a positive effect on the contrast of the image. Recommended for observing Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. It has low light transmission, so it is only effective in telescopes with an aperture of at least 150 mm. Use this filter to see in detail the ice caps, dust clouds and seas on Mars, as well as the blue clouds of Saturn and Jupiter.

Levenhuk 1.25" Moon filter
This is a classic filter for observing the Moon. Dims the light intensity to get a closer look at the surface of the Moon. The eye does not get tired even during longer observations. This filter is highly recommended for more than 80% moon phase, and mandatory for full moon. It can be used effectively with telescopes of any aperture.
