The Discovery Basics CN10 bug jar is a useful tool for studying the living world. The walls and bottom of the glass are transparent, so objects can be examined from different angles. The cover of the glass is not transparent except for 3x magnifying lenses. Insects (mosquitoes, beetles, spiders, etc.) or fish (don't forget to fill it with water first!) can be placed in the glass, so they can be studied up close in the safest possible way.

The small holes on the lid ensure air exchange, so the little inhabitants of the world around us feel comfortable even during long-term observations. In addition to insects, minerals, plant parts and soil samples, any small object can be placed in the glass for testing purposes.
