LEICA Ultravid 8x50 HD Plus telescope

Bright and powerful Under any observation conditions, especially in twilight, the significantly increased light transmittance, especially in the blue and violet color bands, provides greater brightness, optimized color rendering and a wider contrast spectrum. Even the smallest details can be observed even in the late twilight periods. State-of-the-art glass, new optical coating, significantly increased light transmittance The prisms are made of special SCHOTT HT glass with excellent light transmittance. Thanks to the new high-temperature plasma and vacuum technology, a top-quality coating is applied to the lenses. Fluoride lenses ensure brilliant color fidelity, and the HD lens system guarantees perfect contrast and an impressively clear image. Lenses and coatings with high light transmittance effectively eliminate light scattering. Compact and robust design Due to its compact and robust design, it stands up in all situations, water and dirt resistant. The best raw materials, magnesium and titanium, were used for its production, and the frame of the telescope is protected from damage by a resistant rubber coating. Thanks to the AquaDura lens coating, it is fog-free even in the event of greater temperature fluctuations, and cleaning is even easier. Appearance and mechanical perfection The HD-PLUS binoculars are characterized by the usual discreet elegance of the Ultravid series. A red "HD" label indicates that there is more inside the scope than previous series members. It is extremely easy to use, its focus mechanism is precise and with only 1.25x rotation of the focus dial, the entire adjustment range is available from the close focus point to the greatest distance.
