    Lakshmy Ceylon cinnamon, ground, 20 g, is a spice made from the bark of the Ceylon cinnamon tree (Cinnamomum verum), often called true cinnamon. It has a milder, slightly sweeter aroma and is made of thin, multi-layered quills that differ clearly from common cassia cinnamon.

    This ground spice works well in baking, desserts, drinks and fruit dishes, and it can also season main courses and spice blends. It suits both sweet and savoury recipes.

    Ceylon cinnamon contains less coumarin than cassia cinnamon, which makes it a comparatively safer choice for regular long-term use. It originates from Sri Lanka and its surrounding region. The pack contains 20 g of ground cinnamon.
