Lakshmi szerecsendió flower ground 20 g

The seed of the fruit of the evergreen nutmeg tree and the reddish seed coat covering it provide the spice. The dried seed coat is called a nutmeg flower. Nutmeg is a spice with a pleasant, unique aroma that is very intense, so you should use it carefully. The aromas of the nutmeg flower are the same as those of nutmeg, but they are more intense, which is why a smaller amount is needed for seasoning. It goes well with meat and vegetable dishes, but you can also enrich sauces or sweet creams with its aromas.
