Lakshmi green kardamom egész 20 g

The fruit peel does not contain essential oils, so it is not interesting from the point of view of aroma transfer, but it makes cooking easier, since we do not have to look for the small seeds in the prepared food. The smell of the seeds is aromatic, slightly camphorous, and their taste is sweet and spicy. It is excellent in sweets, creams, chocolate drinks, pastries, or in coffee, tea, when making marinades, for seasoning sausages or minced meat. It is a common ingredient in curry spice mixes.
