Lakshmi curcuma ground 40 g

In appearance, it is a spice reminiscent of ginger. It owes its yellow color and unique aroma to a substance called curcumin found in the root tuber. It is the basic ingredient of curry spice mixes and is also ideal for coloring soups and pasta dishes. In this case, be careful with the amount and only add a small amount to the food you want to color.
