Through a number of examples in the book, I illustrate how important it is to be aware of the fact that if one wants to take control of one’s destiny, one should not ignore the role of the subconscious under any circumstances. I also point out that the subconscious is saturated with memories from stressful situations throughout our lives that prevent us from doing certain things.
