The writings in the book were written in recent years, but the situations and reasons that led to the writing have not changed.
The first two parts of the book cover the reasons, the third part deals with the operation and methodology of the Igazgyöngy model. Since education affects everyone directly or indirectly, the content of the book may not only be of interest to professionals.
The Hungarian education system has failed. Instead of equalizing opportunities and creating opportunities, it is characterized by increasing differences. Why? What are the reasons?
Nóra L. Ritók researches the causes, and in her daily work she fights to eliminate the discovered or obvious causes.
A civilian never has enough tools in his hands to achieve systemic changes, but we can use his field experience and methodology to fight secession. Students should not experience school as necessarily bad, let it be a school that fosters thinking, independence, and creativity and provides a sense of success, where both teachers and students are happy to go.
It would be nice if, in a few years, most of the writings in the book were just impressions of a bad moment, documents of an era that we would like to forget.
