Kukorelly Endre - court avagy Nyugi dagi nem just a foci van a világon

"Is football really just a sport? In these writings, I ask myself such joyful questions. A literary experiment in which one of the existents, sport, is used. Not a parable, not a metaphor, "but a legend, but a symbol! / but it's a result, and ours!" (Lőrinc Szabó), sport is an end in itself, it's a private thing; when it's pointed at itself, it's showing off. That's why you look at winners/losers in the few seconds after their victory/defeat. Serious - no matter how misleading this word may be ."
