When Covid-19 sweeps through New York, Jamie Gray is forced to work as a courier for a food delivery app. However, her hopeless situation only lasts until she runs into Tom, with whom she has known each other tangentially for a long time, while fulfilling an order. Tom, in his own words, works for an "animal rights organization" and his team urgently needs a simple loader. Jamie, who would rather be doing anything but running errands, immediately takes the job.

Tom just doesn't tell Jamie that the animals the team takes care of don't live on Earth. At least not on our Earth. In an alternate dimension, gigantic, dinosaur-like creatures called kaiju roam their tropical world without humans. They are the biggest and most dangerous pandas in the universe and now they are in trouble. Because not only the Kaiju Animal Protection Society found its way into this alternative world, but others as well. Millions can pay for their carelessness with their lives on our Earth.
