Its ingredients are free of all major allergens and do not contain corn. When developing the recipes, the aim is also to exclude additional allergenic substances (milk, eggs). It can be used perfectly for making baked goods, dough, pizza or scones.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, chickpea flour, millet flour, dextrose, stabilizers (guar gum, xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), plantain husk fiber (psyllium fiber), bulking agent (sodium carbonates), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).
