This strawberry-flavoured oat porridge is an instant mix that prepares in minutes, making it a convenient choice for breakfast, a light dinner or a treat-style dessert. Each serving provides 5000 mg of collagen derived from bovine sources. The porridge is rich in fibre and protein, and contains no added sugar; its carbohydrates are slow-releasing and provide steady energy.
To prepare, stir two spoonfuls (about 50 g) of powder into roughly 1.5 dl of hot water, milk or a plant-based milk alternative. Leave for one to two minutes and it is ready to eat. The thickness can be adjusted by varying the amount of liquid, and fruit or seeds can be added to taste.
Do not consume the powder on its own, as it may cause choking.
