The HOMEPILOT smart sun sensor is a wireless sensor for the control of blinds and awnings, which enables brightness-dependent control of up to 5 smart devices. Combined with the premium gateway, it works as a 2-in-1 sensor that also functions as a vibration sensor. This makes it possible to detect vibrations, for example, during a break-in attempt. The sensor has Up/Stop and Down/Stop buttons that allow manual control of registered smart devices. A particularly convenient function is the integrated orientation sensor, which automatically detects the mounting position (horizontal or vertical) and assigns the corresponding buttons and LED scale. When a user-defined threshold is exceeded, the sensor sends a radio command to all registered receivers. This makes it possible, for example, to lower the blinds to the pre-set sun position. Installing and configuring the sensor is incredibly easy. The suction cup on the back makes it easy to install and adjust. It simply needs to be attached to the window glass, then the devices you want to control are registered and you can start using them.
