The HOMEPILOT smart sun and wind sensor enables weather-based control of smart devices for blinds and sun protection. The sensor measures light intensity and wind speed in real time. It can be adjusted to a brightness level between 1 kLux and 99 kLux, it reacts to sunlight after 10 minutes and to shading after 20 minutes. The wind sensor can be individually adjusted to wind speeds between 10 and 99 km/h. For example, an awning can be raised automatically after only two seconds after the set threshold has been exceeded. The sun and wind sensor is powered by a solar cell. A built-in battery provides the necessary energy for 24 hours in the absence of sunlight. The swivel bracket allows for wall, ceiling or roof mounting. The device is quick and easy to install, ready to use immediately, and can be directly connected to smart devices such as the premium smart shutter motor, smart shutter actuator or smart RolloTron belt retractors.
