PATTEX Saniter silicone is a one-component, moisture-curing, silicone-based insulating and sealing material. Typical areas of application: for sealing joint joints and expansion joints of cold-coated surfaces, sanitary ware, bathroom ceramics in the bathroom, or in wet rooms. Additional application options: expansion, or sealing of expansion joints, gluing of edge protection, bathtub screen, bathtub edge sealing, etc. It achieves its long-lasting protection against mold through the gradual release of the increased active ingredient. It is cured with acetic acid, so it cannot be used for sealing metal surfaces (danger of discoloration) and building materials containing cement and lime (alkaline chemical effect).
