The Z-Temp3 is a modern, battery-powered wireless room thermostat from HEATIT, finished in matt white (RAL 9003). It is designed primarily to control water-based heating and cooling systems. Instead of an internal relay, it sends the measured heating or cooling demand directly to the Z-Wave gateway.

The device includes a built-in temperature and humidity sensor and offers heating, cooling and Eco operating modes. Its flat back plate allows direct mounting on smooth wall surfaces, and the thermostat is compatible with the System 55 standard.

The thermostat is built on the current Z-Wave 800 chip and supports S0 and S2 encryption. It runs on two AAA batteries or, optionally, an external DC power supply. Weighing 150 g, it is light and unobtrusive on the wall.
