This crunchy coconut szaloncukor is a festive treat presented in a gift box. Each piece combines a coconut-based white chocolate coating with a filling of shredded coconut, ground almonds and chopped Turkish hazelnuts. It is labelled paleo and vegan, free of dairy and gluten, and contains no added sugar. Sweetness comes from erythritol and steviol glycosides.
The ingredients include cocoa butter, coconut milk powder, desiccated coconut, almond paste and coconut oil. Sunflower lecithin acts as the emulsifier, and a blend of tocopherols serves as the antioxidant. Fibres such as inulin and oligofructose are also included.
