The HAZET SmartRail 986K-SR/5 consists of a flexible plastic socket strip with 1/2" square sockets, equipped with five handy 1/2" screwdriver sockets for trade, industry and workshops. The magnetic base of the SmartRail series provides a secure hold on all magnetic surfaces such as tool carts, tool walls, machines, lifting platforms and drawers. The durable, robust screw lock ensures that socket wrenches are firmly secured while still providing instant access: simply turn the socket wrench to the left to remove. Practical pictograms and size markings on all included socket wrenches make it easy to find the size you need. The five 986 knurled handle socket wrenches are made of chrome-vanadium steel, chrome-plated and polished. The blades are coated with titanium nitride (TiN). The special CVD process of the very hard TiN coating ensures extremely high adhesion and wear resistance, which results in enhanced wear protection and significantly increased service life. The optimal coating thickness ensures a perfect fit, enables higher torque and provides optimized corrosion protection. Socket 986 is suitable for manual operation and complies with the DIN 7422 standard.
