    This loose sea buckthorn medicinal tea from Hargita Kincsei is made from sea buckthorn fruit and comes in a 75 g pack. Sea buckthorn is rich in vitamins, including C, B1, B2, E and PP. According to the producer, the tea is recommended during flu and physical fatigue, and it can also be consumed during pregnancy. It is traditionally associated with supporting heart health, protecting blood vessels and stimulating appetite.

    Preparation is simple: pour 250 ml of cold water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea and let it steep for 8 to 10 hours. Then bring it to the boil for 1 to 2 minutes and strain. It is recommended to drink it unsweetened three times a day, ideally half an hour before main meals.
