    General tonic, supports the immune system. Young conifers contain a lot of vitamin C (up to six times more than lemons). Expectorant, expectorant effect: can be used for respiratory problems, colds, coughs, sore throats. It is also an excellent choice for chronic bronchitis.

    Recommended: Remedy for cystitis, skin and urethritis, as well as cough, bronchitis and flu.

    Preparation: add a cup of 250 ml hot water to 1-2 teaspoons. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes, then strain. Drink 3 teas a day, unsweetened, 1 hour before main meals.
