Closed hot water tank

The closed-system, electrically heated hot water tank is suitable for a
or several hydrological locations for the supply of hot water in households and institutions.
The resulting warm water is suitable for cleaning and eating purposes.
When the set temperature is reached, the temperature controller automatically switches off the heating.
The polyurethane thermal insulation surrounding the inner tank prevents the water from cooling down quickly,
thus, hot water can be obtained from the storage for a long time.
The storage tank is designed in such a way that the hot water leaves without mixing.
The internal tank is protected against corrosion by a special fire enamel coating and an active anode.
The fire-enamelled design ensures a long service life even in aggressive (soft) waters.

Main units and functions

Temperature limiter The limiter protects the hot water tank against harmful overheating in the event of a regulator failure by interrupting the heating circuit before the water temperature reaches 100 °C.
Temperature regulator The temperature of the water in the hot water storage tank can be continuously adjusted from the outside using the rotary knob.
By turning the rotary knob counterclockwise until it stops, the regulator is in the zero position.
By turning the control knob clockwise, the desired temperature can be set higher and higher.

Ceramic heater

The product is equipped with a ceramic heater, which does not come into direct contact with water.
This reduces the formation of limescale and does not require draining the water from the tank during servicing.
Active anode The hot water tank is additionally protected against corrosion with an active anode.
The lifetime of the active anode depends on the water and operating conditions.
When removing limescale, the condition of the anode must be reviewed in every case, but at least every two years!
