    Product description

    This gluten-free wafer is filled with vanilla cream and comes in a 45 g pack. It makes a light sweet snack to enjoy between meals or with a cup of coffee or tea. The filling is flavoured with vanilla pod and natural aroma, and the cream contains vanilla at a level of 0.02 %.

    Ingredients include coconut oil, glucose syrup, potato starch, sugar, lactose-free skimmed milk powder and rice flour. Soya lecithin is used as an emulsifier, guar flour as a thickener, and sodium bicarbonate as a raising agent. The product may contain traces of hazelnuts, other tree nuts and sesame seeds.

    Due to lactose splitting, the wafer contains glucose and galactose, and its lactose content is below 0.1 %. Anyone with gluten or lactose sensitivities should check the full ingredient list before eating.
