Excess resources as a forgotten problem

The system automatically controls the performance. After the appliance has initially operated at maximum power, the cooking zone maintains the desired temperature to prevent overboiling or overcooking.

Stop&Go function
If you need a little... break

Stop&Go turns off the hob, but records the set parameters. Thus, for example, after a short phone conversation, by reactivating the Stop&Go function, we can switch back to the original settings and continue cooking from where we left off.

Child lock
The kitchen as a safe environment

This function closes the control panel and prevents access to all set parameters, thereby creating a safe environment even for children left unattended in the kitchen.

StayWarm function for keeping warm
To the delight of late arriving guests

The StayWarm function keeps the food at a constant temperature of 70˚C until it is time to serve. The food retains its original taste and temperature until serving.

Residual heat displays (H)

For even greater safety, the residual heat indicators light up to indicate which zones of the hob are still radiating heat. While the displays are still lit, the indicated cooking zone must not be touched. However, it can be used to defrost or keep food warm.

Timing function
Someone is always watching in the kitchen

The timer can be set to a maximum of 99 minutes. If we know from experience how much time is required to prepare a particular recipe, then by turning on the timer, the hob will automatically turn off at the appropriate time and signal with a beep that the food is ready.
