Product description
Slow speed pressing at 70 revolutions per minute
The technology of slow pressing differs from traditional centrifugal juicing in terms of the speed and method of extracting the juice from the fruit and vegetable cells. Traditional juicers rotate the blade at high speed (1500-2500 revolutions per minute) to cut the cell walls and release the juice. The vertical movement of the screw of the slow-rotating press (at only 70 revolutions per minute) crushes the fruit and vegetables, then separates the released juice and pulp. As a result, there are fewer air bubbles in the juice; the juice is silkier; and the pressing temperature is also lower, which allows the juice to retain more vitamins and enzymes.
Flesh regulator
During the pressing process, the remaining pulp is collected in a separate container. You can adjust the amount of pulp using the moving lever at the front of the press. Enjoy a glass of silky smooth vegetable or fruit juice, or add pieces of vegetables and fruits to the drink to make it a bit chunky. Do not discard the pulp without trying it in other foods, e.g. use in soups, sauces, desserts.
Quiet operation
A slow press results in a quiet operation, unlike a fast press which is more noisy. The design of the device with the long dosing tube also contributes to noise reduction.
Efficient 200 W motor
Despite the slow rotation of the auger, the motor should be strong enough to squeeze juice from larger pieces of fruit and vegetables. The 200 W motor, tested under maximum load, is the optimal center for the slow-rotating press.
Drip-free cap
What to do if the juice container is already full, but there are still fruits and vegetables in the press? You don't have to turn off the device. Just push the cap onto the hopper of the press. The juice will collect in the inner container until you serve the most impatient customers and replace the container.
Fine filter
All pressed ingredients are filtered through a dense hole filter, which ensures that a minimum amount of pulp enters the juice, retaining all the nutrients. The filter can be easily washed under running water and cleaned with the attached brush.
Two 6 dl containers
The vegetable and fruit press has two 6 dl containers, one for juice and the other for pulp. They are made of durable, BPA-free material and can be washed in the dishwasher.
Anti-slip rubber soles
You don't have to worry about the fruit and vegetable press moving out of place while you put the fruit and vegetables in the feeder. The rubber sole is designed to ensure optimal stability even on wet work surfaces.
Easy cleaning
Does the use of the high-capacity device entail laborious cleaning? Not necessarily. After use, slowly pour one liter of lukewarm water into the dispensing tube while operating the device. On its way to the tank, the water thoroughly cleans all vegetable and fruit residues. After use, rinse the filter and clean it with the included brush.
Security switch
Safety is guaranteed! The vegetable and fruit juicer only works if all parts are properly assembled and in place. The safety switch ensures trouble-free use; while the engine is running, adding ingredients, assembling or cleaning the device.
