BUTTERFLY VALVE: An element that can be placed between the start and end points of an air engineering system and ensures unidirectional air movement. Can be used: in the case of pipe systems with circular cross-section connections, most commonly used in air-technical devices (e.g. fans, hoods, etc.). Thanks to its flanged design, it can be connected to ventilation pipes of the same size without a separate connecting element. It can be installed in the horizontal section of the pipe system. When placing it, the correct positioning (movable part with a horizontal axis) must be taken into account for proper operation.
