What a joy it is to write such books and live for a while in the world of our Norwegians! It's a cruel and cruel world, that's for sure, but it doesn't include smartphones, social media, reality shows and fitness trackers, which are nothing. It's refreshing to step away from them for a while. Raiding with a group of friends. Stepping into the wheelhouse of a longship, living a life that would be frowned upon today, and I was fine back then.
