ACE™ 400I Iron Audio technology allows you to hear rejected iron signals that are muted by default. This allows you to identify unwanted flat objects such as caps or washers before you decide to dig. To use the function, you need to set the iron discrimination level - in the demo it is 35. Without the iron sound, the cap and the silver coin sound very similar, while when the function is activated, the cap generates a characteristic "hum" from the iron, indicating that it may be waste.
