    GARMIN COACH ADAPTIVE TRAINING PLANS

    Prepare for an event, reach a milestone, or improve your endurance with training plans that adapt daily to your recovery and health indicators. Choose plans for beginners with running-walking sessions and a smaller amount of training, or opt for plans with a higher load.

    HRV STATUS

    You can gain deeper insight into your overall health, training and recovery with the help of heart rate variability. Your watch monitors the time differences between successive heartbeats while you sleep.

    ADVANCED TRAINING FUNCTIONS
