The product contains the entire spectrum of ?3-fatty acids in a well-utilized, natural form (and not in the form of artificially converted ethyl esters), in a concentrated form, together with natural tocopherols (vitamin E). Everything as they are in our whole foods.
Thanks to its high natural tocopherol content and the (camphor-free) rosemary extract, the product is really stable, so it can be safely used to achieve high doses of EPA and DHA intake.
The taste is also pleasantly mild, thanks to its stability, added natural lemon oil and high-quality fish oil.
1 tablespoon (~10ml) a day with meals, even on salad/toast, or as you like.
