Glycine is a natural amino acid that is found in large quantities in collagen. Due to its sweet taste with no aftertaste, it is also suitable for sweetening food/drinks. It is heat-resistant, so it can also be used in cakes and hot drinks. Its sweetness is about the same as normal granulated sugar. Recommended consumption: Before going to sleep, dissolve 1 heaped teaspoon in 1-2 dl of lukewarm liquid (e.g. water) and sip slowly or suck without water.
