There are many different forms of magnesium, with significant differences in utilization. It is not enough to know the name of a well-utilized form, because it does not reveal two important things: Does it cause loose stools for us? If it causes, then it is already less useful… The other is that it is “fully reacted”, i.e. a completely reacted form? If not, then a significant part of the magnesium is not in the form indicated in the ingredients, but remained in an inorganic form.

Magnesium is present exclusively bound to the amino acid glycine, i.e. a “fully reacted” organic form. Our experience is that this form does not cause loose stools or other problems even for people with sensitive stomachs.

Dosage: 2-4 capsules per day. It is best to take 1 or 2 before going to bed, it can even help with heartburn at night and help with sleep.
