2A GAL+ Baby Shower® its product was developed in the light of the latest research, with naturalness and vitality in mind, to contain all vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the ideal form, quantity and proportion, no different from how we could get them through a constant nutrient-rich, varied diet. Where it is beneficial, the vitamins and minerals are partially derived from extracts of (organic) herbs and spices from organic cultivation. In the case of amounts, we always considered it important that the daily dose definitely contains the dose found to be effective, but in no case should it exceed the vital amounts, i.e. the amount that could no longer be covered by nutrition. In addition, it is extremely important that the smooth development of a new life is not hindered by anything that does not belong there. 

(Water-soluble ingredients in 2 smaller capsules instead of the previous 1 large one, which promotes complete digestive system calmness. In addition, the Choline drops are available in a separate product for easier dosing.)

We recommend taking it right from the idea of ​​planning a child, ideally at least 3 months before conception, until the end of breastfeeding, or even longer.

Do not take iron unless you have a proven iron deficiency, but even then it is worth 1-2 months of GAL+ Babysitting® check again after taking it, because it is possible that your level will be adjusted even without iron, especially if you regularly consume liver and possibly lactoferrin as well. Our product does not contain vitamin B3, as it is abundant in almost everyone's diet, and an excess would be disadvantageous for many.

Daily dose: 1 Lipophilic oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophilic powder capsules (orange) + 5 ml (4.4 g) complementary drink powder.

Directions for use:

Lipophilic oil and Hydrophilic powder capsules: They can be taken during meals, with a few sips of liquid, preferably at breakfast or lunch, and not at dinner. All three capsules can be taken at the same time, but due to the high vitamin and mineral content, it is preferable to take the two identical hydrophilic capsules with a meal, thus even those sensitive to it can avoid the feeling of discomfort in the digestive system.

Complementary drink powder: Soluble in liquid. Although it can be drunk all at once, it is preferable to drink it in several portions to maximize utilization. It should be consumed within 8 hours after dissolution, so it is advisable to prepare 1-1 dose of 2.5-2.5 ml of powder in the morning and in the afternoon. It can thus be comfortably sipped during the day.

Choline has been removed from the product, as our experience from feedback and recent studies on choline point in the same direction: the type and method of choline supplementation is optimal in different ways for each individual. For some, lecithin is the most suitable, for others, choline salt or other sources of choline, or e.g. with abundant quinoa and/or egg yolk/liver consumption, it is even unnecessary to replace it.
