The Fujifilm XF23mm F2.8 R WR is a fixed focal length lens with a compact design and excellent image quality. Its 23mm focal length gives a field of view similar to that of the human eye, making it well suited to everyday photography, from portraits to landscapes.

The lens is built from eight elements in six groups, including two aspherical elements that minimise optical distortion from the centre of the frame to the edges. The 11-blade aperture produces a pleasingly blurred background.

A fast and quiet autofocus motor works almost unnoticed and allows a minimum focusing distance of 20 cm for close-up shots. The weather-resistant construction protects against moisture and dust and is rated for use down to -10 °C. At 90 grams and 23 mm long, the lens remains very portable without compromising usability.
