- Special form of magnesium formed with malic acid (malate).
- Provides only active ingredients without additives
- It can also be used in case of a sensitive digestive system
- Malic acid is found not only in fruits, but also in human cells
- Both magnesium and malate are valuable
Active ingredients:
Magnesium malate, gelatin (capsule shell - can be opened)
Application:
2×1 capsule between meals or even in the afternoon and before going to bed.
For the purpose of prevention (as well as, among other things, in addition to vitamins D3), everyone needs a daily min. You should replace 100 mg of elemental magnesium, but an amount corresponding to 200-500 mg of elemental magnesium is ideal for an individual. For children, approximately 20 mg/5 kg of body weight up to 10-12 years of age.
Of the typically good quality, good value for money and biologically available forms of magnesium, for example, -citrate most often causes digestive complaints, less often -lactate, and even less often -malate/orotate/bisglycinate.
Magnesium malate (i.e. magnesium with malic acid):
Magnesium malate "encases" malic acid, which occurs naturally in foods such as fruits. It is also found in human cells. According to research, magnesium malate is very well absorbed in the digestive system, so it is a great option for normalizing magnesium levels; moreover, it has a less laxative effect compared to certain other forms, i.e. it can also be recommended in case of sensitive digestion. According to the attached pharmaceutical industry research, magnesium MALÁT won the professional comparison of magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide, magnesium taurate, magnesium citrate and magnesium malate in terms of biological utilization and digestibility. Magnesium malate can be especially well "examined" by The Great Imitator (The Great Masquerader) among health challenges such as endometriosis, fibromyalgia, symptoms associated with chronic fatigue syndrome (HPA axis) or MSIDS, scientific evidence is accumulating to examine and support these connections and effects. Summary:
Magnesium malate is easily absorbed and has less of a laxative effect than some other forms of magnesium. In light of all this, and in case of more sensitive digestion, we primarily recommend magnesium malate and/or magnesium bisglycinate, even for preventive purposes.
